I don’t believe God can lie. I believe the bible as it stands.

well, if it was of any major significance then God would have put it in the Bible.
it is interesting though.

I read that this morning. It was very interesting. It made me wonder though if it had been written by some apostate of the period though.
I am open to new scripture being found. I’m sure that all of Christ’s apostles wrote their testimonies. But I want to read it for myself and see what it has to say before I decide if its truth or not.

The Bible is the written Word of God and was completed long ago. Adding to what the Bible says is a sin. It is perfect and by now adding something, we are making it imperfect, and if it is imperfect, why should be believe any of it. By adding this “gospel of Judas” you are undermining the entire Bible. Also, Satan had taken possession of Judas and once he had betrayed Jesus, he returned the money and killed himself.
Satan in always attempting to overthrow God, he is jealous of Him. When Jesus came to earth, Satan seized the opportunity and killed Jesus. But, Jesus rose from the dead, having paid for our sins, and conquered Satan. But there will be a final battle between the two and Jesus will win!

I am not sure what to think. But here is a story… Once my brother and his friend got caught shoplifting from the store. (They took some candy, my brother was in the fifth grade, his friend in the 4th) My brother had always been a bit of a trouble maker so when the police man asked him why he stole the candy when he had the money in his pocket to pay for it, my brother replied – my friend asked me to.
It seems that once you are in trouble and get caught, you just might say anything to get out of it.

If a religious author’s writings do not speak according to the Holy Bible, there is no light in them (Isa.8:20).
