i have already been accepted to a college in AR, however my parents do not want me to go out of state for college, and now are refusing to send their tax papers there, is there any type of financial aid that i can get without my parents taxes, and if not what other options do i have?
If your parents still claim you, it is very, very difficult. Try work study at the university, but that may only cover a portion of tuition.
