Graphics. The image on that page is not laoding either because it is not being found by the server or you do not have the correct viewers installed such as Flash. Sounds like though that they may have installed some sort of block to prevent advertisements such as making changes to your host file or some sort of adware program is running.
Call them up and ask them what they did. I don’t think they “broke” anything but they probably were trying to help you and went a step or two to far.

Try going to Tools/Internet Options/Connections/Settings and make sure Always detect my settings is checked

The red x comes up when there are certain features on the website that your browser does not support.
for example, if there are pics on the website, then your browser does not support viewing of pics – (that is ridiculous).
Re-install your browser.

you need to install a flashplayer on your computer so go to http://shockwave.com and it will ask you if you want to install flash playeer click yes follow the directions and your done.
