also a minor bought from me for $200 he knew it was stolen what are his consequences

You probably will have to go to court and get fined, It may also go on your record, which isn’t good. I don’t know what the consequences are for the other kid.

It doesn’t matter that you’re a minor. You still better get a lawyer.

You’ll go to court…. the judge will more and likely tell you how wrong it was….. ask you how you feel about it…. if you learned anything.
He will more and likely put you on probabtion for a couple years, maybe give you some fines, and maybe some community service hours.

Well, it really depends. If charges are pressed, you will have to go to court. If you go to court and are convicted, you will have to serve whatever sentence the judge gives you. If that happens, the best case would be that the judge gives you all of your time on paper and you have to do some community service work and check in with a PO as scheduled. Worst case would be being locked up for a few years.
I have personally seen several inmates as young as thirteen in prison. Believe me, it isn’t as fun as it sounds.
