Do I just keep ignoring the company?

I have one credit card with a little over 5,000 dollars on it. I haven’t made a payment in over a year. I have ignored any phone calls, and haven’t acknowledged that I owe the debt. In AR the SOL is 5 years. Is it better to just keep ignoring them for a few more years in hopes they won’t sue me for 5,000 dollars? Or is it better to acknowlege the debt? I can’t pay it in full…which is what they want. Nor will I be able to make payments until my car is paid off in 10 months.

What to do about a boss that “passes the buck” on to you….?

My boss is the CFO of our company and I am the only accounting clerk in his dept. Lately, he has been passing stuff on for me to do instead of doing it himself, things that a CFO SHOULD do. How can I tell him that he needs to do his own job for his own pay. He makes about $50K more a year than I do. I’m tired of doing his job!!! I’ve tried discussing it with him and I have also say “NO” and absolutely refuse to do it. I do AP, Payroll, billing, invoicing, AR, bank statements, weekly reports, DOL reports, quarterly taxes, etc etc. NOW he’s passing more reports that I don’t need to be involved in and I’m tired of covering for him while he works on personal affairs. Any advice?

I am looking for inexpensive dog and cat banks.?

The Independence County (AR) Humane Society uses these banks to place in local businesses for change. The ones we have now are getting pretty shabby looking. They came from the Oriental Trading Company. OTC does not make them any longer. We have had several requests for banks, but none available.
