I need college admissions help?

I’m a senior in high school from Texas, I am Hispanic if that makes a difference as well. I need help as to which universities I can get into and what not. My GPA is a 3.7 = 93. I take mostly all AP and dual credit, and PAP when AP were not provided. I am not in the top 10% of my class. My high school is a top notch public school and is extremely competitive. The cutoff is 53 and I am ranked in the 70s. My SAT scores are from the middle of Junior year, and I am going to retake them in November. 520 Math, 560 Comprehension, 540 Writing (didn’t study). I am in National Honors Society, National Spanish Honor Society, play in the Orchestra, play basketball and rugby as well.
The perspective schools I am considering are

Texas Tech University
Arizona State University
Texas Christian University
Baylor University
University of Alabama
University of Miami
University of Arkansas

Any suggestions or input about how my chances are would be greatly appreciated. I am just scared I won’t get accepted into any of the schools I want. So once again any input would be greatly appreciated.

and BTW I already use collegeboard.com and I have checked many websites concerning these Universities.

Do I just keep ignoring the company?

I have one credit card with a little over 5,000 dollars on it. I haven’t made a payment in over a year. I have ignored any phone calls, and haven’t acknowledged that I owe the debt. In AR the SOL is 5 years. Is it better to just keep ignoring them for a few more years in hopes they won’t sue me for 5,000 dollars? Or is it better to acknowlege the debt? I can’t pay it in full…which is what they want. Nor will I be able to make payments until my car is paid off in 10 months.

My EX-husband was court ordered to pay off a credit card here in AR; He fled to UT. What can I do?

I am told this is a civil matter and that extradition/jurisdiction is a problem. He abondoned his business. The Sherrifs Office went to his business (he stopped going to his home) and asked his 1 remaining employee if he was there. Of course he said no. The truck he is driving is not registered in his name. I think I know where he is working in UT and I have his license plate number. This has cost me over $10K and over 2 years of my life. Any assistance would be appreciated.
