Govt. wants life sentence for Ark doc in bombing
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) – Federal prosecutors say Russellville doctor Randeep Mann should go to prison for life and pay $ 1.7 million in restitution after his conviction in a bombing that nearly killed the chief of the Arkansas Medical Board.
