Is it legal for a 17 y.o. from ID to travel to AR for sex with a 26 y.o.?
A 26 y.o. male in AR is dating a 17 y.o. female in ID. While she is of legal age for sex in her state, she is not of age to have sex with him because of the age gap. Now he wants to bring her to visit him in AR, where sex would be legal between them. Is there an issue because she is travelling to have sex with him and it’s illegal in her home state? Her parents consented to both their trips. I would hate to see a friend in trouble for consensual sex due to some interstate law.

Billy and Annie had 7 children; James Burrul A b 1875, Sarah F M b&d 1875 (twin?), Zilla Orlina b 1878, George Taylor b 1879, Martha Allie E b 1880, Eliza Jane b 1883, and my grandfather, John Oliver Lovie b 2/27/1885 d 3/24/1957. John Oliver married Victoria Pearl Carlisle in 1905. Pearl b March 1889 AL, d 1919 AL. John Oliver and Victoria Pearl Brown had 4 children, William Thomas b 1907, Reuel Louis b 1910, Allie Idell b 1913, and my father Alpha Elmer b 1916, all born Russellville AL.
