My question is, is this legal? Is there anything I can do about this?
My husband and I signed a 6 month lease at an apt. complex which states that we will have a 30 day written notice if evicted. He then got a job at the complex as a maintenance man and signed a handbook for the company which states the if fired you have 7 days to vacate premises. I did not sign the handbook.They have given us a verbal 2 week notice of eviction, and we have a 3 year old son with no place to go. This is in Russellville, Arkansas.

every day parking car in the carpark,once day it is damaged.Managemnet that they are not liable as on ticket?
How can business law deals with the given question.
everyday you park your car in the car park. one day, upon your return you notice the car has been damaged. you take the matter up with the car park management who tell you that they are not liable. they point to the ticket you are given each time you park in the car park. on the ticket the conditions of entry ar: the company will not be liable for nay damage however caused and whether by its servants or otherwise.
