I want a college that will look good on a resume and give me a better possibility of getting a job after i graduate. Looking for opinions which is better school. I am majoring in accounting or finance….. Thanks

Arkansas Tech scholarship for ACT scores?

The rumor in my school is so prevalent its practically taken as fact: if you score a 27 or higher on the ACT, you can get a full ride scholarship to Arkansas Tech University. Does anybody know how to actually GET this scholarship (as in a person I need to talk to or some form to fill out)? Or really any fairly good one for a high ACT score and/or GPA?
Thanks!

Which college should I attend?

I’m a Senior at a high school in Louisiana. I play WR for the school football team. This will be my 3rd year starting for the team. My soph year, I had 360 yards receiving and 3 Td’s. Last year, I had 711 yards, and 5 Td’s. This year, through 6 games, I have 598 yards, and 7 TD’s. I also have a 3.4 GPA.

I currently have offers to:

1. University of Louisiana-Lafayette
2. McNeese State University
3. University of Louisiana-Monroe
4. Southeastern Louisiana
5. University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff
6. Nicholls State University

Schools that are currently looking at me:

1. Louisiana State University
2. Baylor University
3. Texas A&M
4. University of Houston
5. University of Nevada
6. Louisiana Tech
7. Miami (OH) University
8. Rice University

I really want to go to school out of state. I’m not sure if I’ll ever make it to the NFL, but I’d like to go to a school that could have a stronger impact to me for the NFL. The biggest school on my offer list is University of Louisiana-Lafayette, but it seems like everyone around here goes there.

Help me out guys?

I need help with college admissions?

I’m a senior in high school from Texas, I am Hispanic if that makes a difference as well. I need help as to which universities I can get into and what not. My GPA is a 3.7 = 93. I take mostly all AP and dual credit, and PAP when AP were not provided. I am not in the top 10% of my class. My high school is a top notch public school and is extremely competitive. The cutoff is 53 and I am ranked in the 70s. My SAT scores are from the middle of Junior year, and I am going to retake them in November. 520 Math, 560 Comprehension, 540 Writing (didn’t study). I am in National Honors Society, National Spanish Honor Society, play in the Orchestra, play basketball and rugby as well.
The perspective schools I am considering are

Texas Tech University (Visited already, and going for University Day)
Arizona State University(Have not visited, but receive many booklets)
Texas Christian University(Have not visited, but receive many booklets)
Baylor University(Have not visited, applied already. They waived the $50 application fee, and the required essay)
University of Alabama(Have not visited, but receive many booklets)
University of Miami(Have not visited, but I had an interview sophomore, and junior year with a representative, and am having one again, also they have already sent me an application)
University of Arkansas(Have not visited, but receive many booklets

Any suggestions or input about how my chances are would be greatly appreciated. I am just scared I won’t get accepted into any of the schools I want. So once again any input would be greatly appreciated.

and BTW I already use collegeboard.com and I have checked many websites concerning these Universities
