In-State/Out-Of-State Tuition for University of Tennessee?

I live in Arkansas but would like to apply to the University of Tennessee and I was wondering if the university offered you in-state tuition for a certain score on your ACT? Like LA Tech lets you pay in-state for a score of 23, so if UT does, what is the score? Thanks

Best advice it to look around the website of the campus you want to attend. If you get no answers from the website then contact the campus bursar’s office.
