In that state of Arkansas, do you have to have a certificate or degree to be a vet assistant or tech?

I can’t find any college’s or universities that have those programs in arkansas….

    there are no colleges in AR that offer those programs. Most places around here do OJT or the students have gone to other states and gotten certified
